What’s Up App

The app that we are talking about today is the What’s Up Mental Health app.  It is a free app that gives you tips, helps and coping mechanisms to deal with stress, depression, anxiety and more. The app uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as Acceptance Commitment Therapy to help you. It is a simple app with easy to follow methods. I encourage you to check it out.

Bethany I was just looking at this app on my phone.
