Take A New Route

Bethany here and today I want to talk about mental agility. We have talked about doing things the difficult way, trying new things (don’t worry Lisa did not smoosh her brain bungee jumping, she just stepped out for a minute.) and today I want to encourage you to take a new route.

When you go home from work, try a new way. Walking to your boss’s office, go the long way, down a different hall or in a different manner.

The point is that when you go a new way, you will notice new things. You will see new scenes and you are making your brain work a little more because this is not the route that it know and follows somewhat mindlessly.

Don’t forget to follow us here and on Facebook. See you next time!!
