Try New Things

Welcome to Dispatch Education!! We are Lisa and Bethany. Today we want to help you with your mental agility. Last month we talked about doing things the difficult way. Today we want to talk about trying new things.

New things like parachuting?

well, maybe

Bungee jumping?

ummm

Motocross?

Okay, I was thinking of things that were a little less dangerous and adrenaline producing. Really though, any time that you try something new, it keeps your brain agile and producing new connections.

So if I go bungee jumping it helps to keep my brain agile?

Yes, as long as your bungee works and you don’t smoosh your brains on the concrete.

it could also be things like cross stitch and sewing? Like my grandma?

and every thing in between like dodge ball or a community soccer league. Painting or writing.

I like that. So, we are going to encourage you to go try something new and keep you brain agile and nimble. That’s it for today!! See you next time and don’t forget to follow us here and on Facebook.

Bungee jumping, really?

We should totally go do that…
