Upside Down & Backward

I am Bethany and I am back to give you a mental challenge. We have asked you to do things the hard way and to try new things. Today I am going to challenge you to do things upside down or backwards. Wait, what?!? Yes. When you to this, your brain will kick in and begin to focus. Our brains can get a little lazy and they start to skip things. You have probably seen this paragraph. Even though there are threes instead of Es your brain can read this. By reading upside down, walking backwards or anything else you try upside down or backward, you are asking your brain to wake up and work.
