Focus can be fleeting. How many of you have walked into a room with purpose, had a thought and then forget why you are in that room? Anyone? If you thinking I am strange, you are just not old enough yet. We have millions of things on our minds and focusing can be fleeting. So what is a girl (or a 911 Pro) to do?

I know I know!!

What?!

Get a creative hobby!! A creative hobby can stimulate your brain to focus, help form new neuropaths and keep your brain functioning.

But what if I am not super crafty or artistic?

I did not say get a creative profession. So many times we think we have to do something perfectly but that is not true. Just find something creative that you like to do. Let’s think up some things together.

Ok, you have the standards painting, drawing, writing

What about gardening?

Wood working?

Cooking

My daughter would say makeup.

See, there are so many things that are creative.
